Not entirely sure if this is a good idea. Only one way to find out.
Slice the haggis and heat in a frying pan. When it is cooked, add the spinach, bamboo shoots and spring onions. Season to taste.
When the spinach has wilted, remove from heat and stick in bowl. Let mixture cool.
