By now you should have figured out that I like gyoza.I also like mac and cheese. Ergo, gyoza filled with macaroni cheese should be a win win.
For the cheese sauce, I used low fat cheddar (cause it was in fridge), mature cheddar, parmesan and gorgonzola dolce. This gave me a mild creamy tasting cheese sauce. Pan fried italian cured ham (diced) was added to give the sauce the saltiness.
I also used straight macaroni instead of elbow cause I figured it would make it easier when filling the gyoza.
